ORN-015: Tase Man

Tase Man is Dr. Oudin's attempt at a Robot Master that can manipulate electricity.  In doing so, Tase Man wound up with a very short fuse with regards to his emotional state.  He tends to take any comment as an insult about himself or his abilities.  Despite this, the other Oudin2s regard Tase Man with respect, as he does care for his fellow Robot Masters and tries to break up any scuffles they might get into with each other.

This is another commission for pharos04 this time featuring his Tase Man who has a neat design imo. Inb4 Don't Tase Me Bro comment.
